A confirmation email is notification that we have received your offer on our website. A contract is deemed to be made at the point of a sale invoice being issued by Gift Baskets by Karen Cartwright.

All offers on this site are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

Delivery

Please note: If delivery is within West Yorkshire then please order via Email and not the Website, as delivery will be cheaper.

The items will be delivered to the specified delivery address provided by you on the order form only after payment has been received.

The items will be delivered as fast as possible, though minor delays or set-backs may occur. The shipping date and time specified by us is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Delivery is normally Monday to Friday during working hours. Within 7 - 10 working days from placing the order, if we take longer than 28 days we will issue you with a full refund if required.

If for any reason at all (not due to the fault of Gift Baskets by Karen Cartwright) you do not accept delivery of any of the goods in accordance with this paragraph then we may charge you an additional fee to cover any reasonable additional direct costs incurred by us as a result (including additional insurance, delivery, storage or similar charges).

Upon delivery the you are encouraged to inspect the goods carefully. If the goods are damaged or missing, please contact us, and refrain from using the goods.

We are unable to pay compensation for deliveries not arriving when expected unless a surcharge has been made for a guaranteed delivery date or time. In this instance the surcharge will be credited in full.

Gift Baskets by Karen Cartwright will not pay the Customer's cost for any return of goods.

Gift Baskets by Karen Cartwright will not accept the return of any goods if they have sustained damage whilst in the possession of the Customer. As a result, no refund or alternative item will be provided.

Order Cancellations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order (prior to shipment) for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. Within 7 days of receipt you may return the goods, in the condition that they arrived, for a refund less costs associated with delivery. Simply advise us in writing via email, fax or post.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We collect information about you to process your order and for our own marketing purposes to advise you of any beneficial offers and promotions. We will not under any circumstances pass on your information to a third party.

Complaints procedure

Complaints and queries can be made via telephone, email, fax, letter or in person. If a complaint is made by telephone, we do recommend that it is followed up in writing. This is not compulsory and will not affect the way in which we handle your complaint.

All complaints received by Gift Baskets by Karen Cartwright will receive our immediate attention. We will endeavour to respond with an acknowledgment of receipt within 3 - 5 days. We will also include an action plan and will aim to resolve any query or complaint to your satisfaction within 10 days.

During the process we will endeavour to keep you informed as to the progress of the complaint. This will be carried out by e-mail, letter, phone or fax.
